How Do Our Home Visits Work?
1. Book an appointment
You call us and let us know when you're available to be seen at your home and we will make the booking, set you up as a new client and answer any questions you may have.
4. Assess/treat
You will then be assessed during the session and your Physio will discuss with you your treatment options. They will then complete your personalised treatment plan for you after the first session.
2. We Come To You
Your Physio will meet with you in the comfort of your own home, or other meeting place you desire, with everything they need for your initial assessment.
5. Payment
Depending on your situation there are a number of funding options you may have. If a gap payment is required, your Physio will be set up to take payment on the spot.
3. Get to know you
Your Physio will ask you questions about your health concerns and what goals you are wanting to achieve from physiotherapy treatment.
6. Follow up treatment
Your Physio will work with you to achieve your goals by providing the treatment you need at what ever frequency necessary; whether this be weekly, fortnightly or more.
